Do you do custom orders?

For sure! We can design and create anything you like, just hit us up with your thoughts and we can bring your design ideas to life!
Designs can be printed on the front, back or sides of the mugs and in full color.
Please note: we cannot print on the bottom or inside of the mugs

How long does my order take to make?

All mugs are printed and hand-pressed to order. Apparel is also made to order, in some cases, stock is on hand for quicker turnaround times.
Once your order has been placed it will take between 3-10 business days to prepare your order.

How long is shipping?
All orders are then sent out via Canada Post or Courier and should take 2-10 days to arrive in Canada.

International shipping. *Not available at this time.
Republic West is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred after shipping.

 

Do you do bulk orders?
Please contact us to place a bulk order.

Do you accept cancellations?
We can accept cancellations within 2 hours of making the order on change of mind. Our items are all printed to order, so we may not be able to cancel them after this time as they may have already been printed. 

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel the order. If it has been more than 2 hours, contact us and we will check if your order has been printed yet. 


Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do NOT accept returns on change of mind, as all of our items are custom printed to order.


Faulty/Misprinted Goods:
If your order is faulty/misprinted/broken please contact us with clear photos of the product and we will review and have a new one sent out if necessary.
